		<description>You&#039;re absolutely right Henry but I wonder whether the translator should knowingly participate in this deception? Is it up to the translator to say &quot;hold on a minute there&quot; even if an agency is prepared to pay them twice for what is basically the same task?</description>

		<description>The customer that asks for a translation and a review is presumably clued in to the difficulty of reviewing one&#039;s own work - the snow-blindness you mention - and therefore expects a separate reviewer.  It&#039;s hardly unethical of a translator to review his or her own work - as you say, we all do it - but for an agency to claim that such work has been both translated and reviewed....?</description>
